We were awarded PlaqAI by the EWUU Alliance. In this project we will be generating pilot data through AI for deep-phenotyping of atherosclerotic plaques and the discovery of novel biomarkers for patient stratification.
Together with the Miller lab we will execute an integrative single-cell meta-analysis for atherosclerosis funded by the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.
We collaborated with the Miller Lab to create PlaqView: a portal to plaque single-cell data.
