Tim is working on automatically processing, analyzing and quantifying high-resolution images from scanned histological slides of plaques using convolutional neural networks. Besides this Tim is working on solutions to share all these data through an easy-to-use platform. For some projects he is closely collaborating with our visiting PhDs Yipei and Francesco.
