We were awarded this project which aims to develop a data-driven approach to AI-based phenotyping of atherosclerosis. We aim to deep-phenotype plaques and discover novel biomarkers for patient stratification.
Together with the Miller lab we will execute an integrative single-cell meta-analysis for atherosclerosis funded by the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.
We collaborated with the Miller Lab to create PlaqView: a portal to plaque single-cell data.

We are happy to announce that we received a BBMRI-NL complementation grant of €50,000 for our proposal entitled Genotyping of the Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm–Express Biobank Study in collaboration with Gerard Pasterkamp.
